WoonStore and Participants
When you shop at WoonStore, you are actually doing business with entrepreneurs, wholesalers, importers and retailers. We call them our participants. WoonStore ensures that everything in the store runs smoothly and that you have a pleasant shopping environment. The products you find in our store belong to the participants until you pay for them, but we are always your point of contact. Whatever happens.

Article 1. Applicability
When you buy something at WoonStore, you do business with us. That is why we would like to agree on a number of matters with you. These agreements are made between you and WoonStore. Our participants may indicate additional conditions for a sale, but if those agreements contradict ours, they are not valid. Because WoonStore is a Dutch company and our store is located in the Netherlands, Dutch law applies to these conditions.
Article 2. Our range
We work for both you and our participants. Because our entire range depends on the offers of the participants, the products remain in their possession until the time of sale. The participant determines the price, delivery time and stock of each product in the store. Because an error can happen in a small corner, we count on your understanding when clearly incorrect information is communicated about a product. Participants have the right to use different prices on the webshop than in the store, but all prices always include VAT.
Article 3. The receipt
We strive to become a paper-free store, but of course you can still receive a printed receipt or order confirmation with your purchase. We prefer to send you the proof of purchase by e-mail. Handy, because then you can never lose the receipt.
Article 4. Exchange or return
We believe you and your purchase are a perfect match, but if you don't find the match itself to be very successful, you can always return your purchase. We apply the following conditions for returns:
- If you are not satisfied with a product, or if it does not fit well in your interior, you have 14 days to change your mind. Without difficult questions, of course. You can only return or exchange a product that you bought in the store, you have a 14-day reflection period for this. Always return your purchase in the original packaging and with proof of purchase. You can choose another product in the store, receive a gift voucher or the purchase price back.
- If you choose to receive a refund, we will refund the amount to the debit card you used to pay. You can return an online purchase to the store, but you can also return it by post. For an online purchase, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days via the payment method chosen at the time of purchase. Even when you return the product to the store.
- You may try, view and use your purchase within 14 days. If there are signs of use, we can return a lower amount than the purchase price. Open the packaging carefully and do not throw it away, we will need it when you return the product.
- We make an exception to the return rules for some products: - On orders, custom-made products - Light sources (such as LED, incandescent and energy-saving lamps) - Live plants or (dried) flowers - Bedding - Gift vouchers - Services from WoonStore (such as assembly) - All products from SALE,
Article 5. Warranty
Of course, you will receive the guarantee you are legally entitled to from us. Some participants also provide additional guarantees or offer them at an additional cost. These additional guarantees are always stated on your proof of purchase.
Article 6. Transport
We deliver your purchase to your front door. We can engage various transport companies for this. Your purchases in the webshop will be delivered free of charge when you spend 100 euros or more, we always charge shipping costs in the store. You can find the transport conditions at the information desk in the store.
Article 7. Payment
In the store we accept cash, pin and our own gift vouchers. You can pay online in several ways, including by credit card. Products that are in stock must be paid for in full before you take them home or have them delivered. We also do not accept down payments for custom work, but we would like to receive the full purchase amount before placing the order with our participant.
Article 8. Complaints
If you have a complaint, we would like to find a solution as quickly as possible. We take your complaint seriously and ask you to contact our customer service. Describe the problem clearly, have your proof of purchase at hand and, if necessary, provide photos of the product so that we can help you quickly.
