Are you not completely satisfied with your online purchase? Then you can return the items in the original packaging free of charge to our store up to 14 days after purchase or send them back by post at your own expense. Use the returns form for this.
Please note: Custom-made items, light sources, (dry) flowers, plants, bedding and sale products with a 40% or more discount cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refund

At WoonStore you can always exchange your purchase. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase to register your return and we will ensure that you get your money back as quickly as possible.

Returns and Transport

The costs of return shipment are at your own expense. This also applies to the costs of forwarding if you do not return the entire order.

Bought in the store

If your new purchase does not completely fit into your interior or does not meet your expectations, you can exchange the unused item in the original packaging and with receipt in the store.

Refund

You will receive the purchase price of the product back via return pins.

Transportation

If delivery costs have been paid for the outward shipment, these transport costs will not be reimbursed. Nor will the costs for return shipping be reimbursed.
