Is your shopping cart full to the brim? Then it's time to pay! Click on the WoonStore shopping cart at the top right of your screen to pay and complete your order. We work together with different participants, which is why you sometimes receive an order in parts. We ship the items that are in stock immediately, and you will receive your other purchases as soon as they are in the warehouse. You only pay shipping costs once for an order under 100 euros. Above 100 euros you pay no shipping costs.
Change or cancel
- After placing the order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel or change your order.
- Not satisfied with your purchases? Then use the returns form and read the return conditions.
Right of withdrawal
You can use this withdrawal form to withdraw from the agreement. Complete the form completely and send it together with your order.
Pricing and payment
- Pay for your online order at WoonStore securely with your Credit Card, Paypal or Ideal.
- Do you want to pay in installments with Klarna? Please note: You must be at least 18+ to use this service. If you pay on time, you will avoid additional costs and ensure that you can use Klarna's services again in the future.
- All prices in the webshop include VAT. We charge shipping costs on orders with a value of less than 100 euros. The prices shown apply to items delivered within the Netherlands, other prices may apply to orders from abroad.
- Once we have received your payment, we will process the order and you will receive an order confirmation.
