Delivery times
We clearly indicate the delivery times on the item page, but we also mention it in your order. Orders delivered by regular parcel delivery services are automatically offered. You will receive a Track & Trace code by email one day before receipt. Have you ordered a large item that is delivered by a transport partner? Our partner will then contact you to schedule an appointment as soon as the item has arrived at our participant. Our delivery times are indicative and may therefore sometimes differ.
We do this while you wait for your order
After your payment, your order will be prepared for shipment by our participants as quickly as possible. If your purchase still needs to be produced or custom-made, you will be notified again as soon as your order is ready for shipment.
During busy periods
At busy times, for example around holidays, it may take longer than you are used to from us to receive your package. Therefore, keep a close eye on your Track & Trace and contact WoonStore if you have any questions.
Postage costs
When you spend 100 euros or more in our webshop on WoonStore.nl, we will deliver your order to your home for free. For spends of less than 100 euros we charge 7.50 euros. Please note, different delivery costs apply in the store!
Return shipping costs
Still not completely satisfied with your order? No problem, because at WoonStore you can simply return your order. (Note! Except for custom-made items, light sources, (dry) flowers, plants, bedding, sale products with a 40% or more discount and services provided by WoonStore). The costs of return shipping are borne by the customer. Download the return form here.
Transport partners
Orders placed online are not delivered by our own transport service. To deliver your order to your home as quickly as possible, we work together with various transport partners.
Please note: Custom-made items, light sources, (dry) flowers, plants, bedding and sale products with a 40% or more discount cannot be exchanged or returned.
